How We Check B9 Details

Last updated: Nov 2, 2026

B9CashAdvance.com is an independent website, not B9. This page explains where the B9 figures on our pages come from and how we mark what B9 has not confirmed.

Where the figures come from

B9 figures come from B9's own published materials: its Terms of Service, its help center and its website, plus the public app store listings and a Trustpilot page for ratings. We don't use anonymous or unpublished information, and we don't test B9's products with real accounts.

How each figure is recorded

Every figure is stored once, with the source document it came from, the date we last checked it, and where useful the exact wording. Every page reads from that single record, so a number can't differ between pages, and the page's own "Sources & Verification" panel lists the documents behind it.

What the labels mean

  • No label: B9 states it in a document we checked on the date shown.
  • Not yet confirmed: we could not find a statement from B9 that settles it, so we don't show a figure.
  • Not published by B9: B9 doesn't publish the figure, for example the amount, APR and term of the Credit Line Loan.

Right now 121 figures are recorded as checked, 2 as not yet confirmed and 3 as not published by B9.

What we could not confirm

  • fees › atm: Not yet confirmed. B9 says ATM fees may apply but publishes no amount.
  • line › amount, line › apr, line › term: Not published by B9
  • builder › states: Not yet confirmed. B9 hasn't published which states Credit Builder is offered in.

When sources disagree

When two B9 documents give different figures, we use the more authoritative one and say so. For example, the help center article on advance limits caps Basic advances at a lower amount than B9's Terms of Service, so we use the Terms of Service figure.

Updates and corrections

B9 can change its terms at any time, so figures can go out of date between our checks. The last check was Nov 2, 2026. Always confirm current terms in the B9 app. To report an error, use the details on our contact page.

Third-party loans

We don't check or publish terms for the personal loans requested through the form on our homepage. Those are set by participating lenders. See how we handle loan requests and our advertiser disclosure.
